The 2004 Southwest Section Division IA Championships, a qualifying event for the Summer National Championships, will be held May 1-2, 2004, at Casady School, 9500 North Pennsylvania, Oklahoma City, OK. ScheduleTimes reflect the close of registration; events will begin soon as possible.
Format: One round of pools and 100% advance to the Direct Elimination table. In all events third place will be fenced. Awards: Medals will be awarded to the top 8th places. Fees: $30 per 1st event: $10 for extra events. LATE FEES: After April 15, a $15 late fee will apply. FEES DOUBLE AT THE DOOR!! It costs nothing to pre-register early. Please pre-register
Requirements: USFA membership and proper attire is required. All USFA rules apply. Junior Fencers: Signature required from a parent or guardian (not a coach) on the waiver. Only US Citizens or Permanent Residents are eligible. Age Requirements: Refer to USFA Operations Manual in Chapter III, Section 1.A. (1)-(2). Qualifying Paths: Qualifying Paths: See USFA National Newsletter or Web site, www.USFencing.org. U-19 Events: If there are only 2 fencers, one 15 Touch bout will be fenced to determine 1st place.
