Reports: The Section Secretary must submit a final
report to the Section Chair no later than 30 days following the
Sectional meeting. The Treasurer is to submit the final TreasurerŐs
report to the Chair no later than 10 days after July 31. Within the
time specified by the Treasurer of the USFA, the Chair of each Section
shall file with the Treasurer of the USFA a report of the finances and
activities of the Section for the year. The Chair must file the
Southwest Section Annual Section Report of new officers and executive
committee to the USFA by the required USFA deadline (usually early
June) in order for the Section to be represented at the Annual Meeting
of the Congress in July.
