  • 2006 Minutes (Although this meeting adopted a Treasury report ("Treasury report to be included on website."), hence the Treasury report is a portion of the minutes of the meeting, the Treasury report is missing from this Web site because the Section Secretary has not delivered the Treasury report to the Webmaster either as a portion of this file or as an additional file.)   • 2005 Minutes (For the Southwest Section Circuit Cup Commissioner Report, including the Athlete Liaison Report -- but excluding the Coach Liaison Report which is missing -- "The report is attached", go here) (For the Treasury report, "The report is attached", go here) NOTE: Although this meeting adopted a Coach Liaison report (as a piece of the Southwest Section Circuit Cup Commissioner Report), hence the Coach Liaison report ought to be a portion of the minutes of the meeting, the Coach Liaison report is missing from this Web site because the Section Secretary has not delivered the Coach Liaison report to the Webmaster. And, when the next meeting accepted these minutes as they appeared on the Web site, including the absence of the Coach Liaison report, this action cause there to be no Coach Liaison report as an official part of these minutes.
